Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

All approved refunds under our voluntary return policy are issued as Marberry shop currency (store credit). No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are available, except where required by applicable law.

Marberry shop currency can be used toward future purchases from Marberry. It cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred to a bank account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in shop currency issued for an approved return, except where required by applicable law.

Refund amounts reflect the eligible amount actually paid for returned items after any discounts.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact customer support promptly with your order number and relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including Marberry branding, text, images, and designs, belongs to Marberry or its licensors.
