Prepaid orders: monetary refund to the original payment method through the original gateway. COD orders: MarBerry store credit via gift card. Bank credit after initiation depends on the payment provider.
Voluntary returns must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, with original packaging, tags and accessories. Wait for approval and instructions before sending an item back. Exchanges depend on stock.
COD store credit cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. Remedies required by law or applicable payment rules remain available.
