Delivery time
MarBerry orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, subject to delivery-address serviceability. This is an estimated delivery period, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India. If a different delivery estimate applies to an order, we will explain it before accepting that order.
Processing and dispatch
We prepare confirmed orders for dispatch and share dispatch or tracking information when available. If a product or delivery issue affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery addresses and charges
Delivery is subject to PIN-code serviceability. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address can be served. Provide a full delivery address, PIN code and reachable mobile number.
Applicable shipping charges are displayed in INR at checkout before you place the order. The final total, including applicable taxes and shipping, is shown before payment.
Tracking and delays
Where courier tracking is available, we share it after dispatch. Contact us with your order number if tracking is unavailable or you need an update.
Weather, courier disruptions and public holidays may affect delivery. We will inform you of a known significant delay and explain the revised estimate and available options. If we cannot fulfil the delivery arrangement, contact us to arrange the appropriate cancellation or remedy.
If an order is missing, damaged, incorrect or marked delivered but not received, contact us. Keep packaging and photographs where available so we can investigate.
Shipping charges on returns and cancellations
For an accepted full voluntary cancellation, any shipping charge collected is included in the prepaid monetary refund or COD store credit, as applicable. Original shipping charges are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind refunds or credit unless required by law. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable requirements.
