Cancellation within 12 hours
You may cancel your MarBerry order within the first 12 hours after order confirmation.
Email support.marberry@gmail.com with “Cancel order [your order number]” in the subject, or call +91 74834 89174. Provide your order number and the contact details used at checkout. We use the time your request is received to assess the 12-hour deadline. We will confirm the cancellation and next steps.
If the order has already entered delivery, we will explain the arrangements needed to stop or return the shipment. This does not remove your cancellation request made within the stated window.
Requests after 12 hours
Requests received more than 12 hours after order confirmation fall outside our voluntary cancellation window. An eligible return or exchange may be requested within 2 calendar days / 48 hours of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Credit and refunds
If no payment has been collected, no refund or credit is due. For an accepted full voluntary cancellation of a paid order, the amount paid, including any shipping charge collected, is refunded according to the original payment type.
Prepaid orders: monetary refund to the original payment method through the original payment gateway. COD orders: any eligible amount already collected as cash on delivery is issued as MarBerry store credit via gift card.
We initiate approved refunds or store credit within 2 calendar days of approval. For prepaid refunds, your bank or payment provider determines when the money appears in your account after initiation.
COD store credit is for future MarBerry purchases and cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. Where applicable law or payment-processing rules require a monetary refund, we will use the required refund route, including the original payment method where applicable.
If MarBerry cannot fulfil your order
We will notify you promptly and explain the cancellation and available remedy. We will not replace a monetary refund required by law or applicable payment rules with compulsory store credit.
