Using the website
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement, or a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Do not interfere with website security, place fraudulent orders or use a payment method without authorisation.
Product information and availability
MarBerry sells gold-plated jewellery, including rings, necklaces, bangles and earrings. Product pages state the item’s description, available options, price and relevant specifications. Gold-plated jewellery is not solid gold. Screen settings may affect how colours appear; your right to receive goods matching their description remains unaffected.
Orders are subject to actual stock and confirmation. Sold-out items are unavailable for immediate purchase. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate cancellation and remedy.
INR pricing and payments
Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Applicable taxes, shipping charges and the final payable total are shown before you place the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Use only an authorised payment method.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.
Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, subject to delivery-address serviceability. This is an estimated delivery window. See our Shipping Policy for charges, tracking and help with delays.
Cancellations

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Request an eligible return or exchange within 2 calendar days / 48 hours of delivery. Voluntary returns must meet the condition requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
Prepaid orders: approved refunds are monetary refunds to the original payment method through the payment gateway used for the transaction.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders: approved voluntary refunds are issued as MarBerry store credit via gift card.
We initiate approved refunds within 2 calendar days of approval. For prepaid orders, this is the refund-initiation period; the time taken for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. For COD store credit, we notify you when the credit is available.
Original shipping charges are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind refunds or credit, except where required by law. The eligible amount reflects what you actually paid after discounts. Read our Return & Refund Policy for return shipping, faulty goods, exchanges and COD credit terms.
COD store credit is for future MarBerry purchases and cannot ordinarily be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. It does not replace any monetary refund or other remedy required by applicable law or applicable payment-processing rules.
Content and privacy
Website branding, text, images and designs belong to us or their respective rights holders. Commercial copying requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless allowed by law. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights and updates
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms applicable to an accepted order will not be reduced by a later website update.
